Are you a North American Property London Market professional with exceptional technical expertise and a proven track record of working closely with Brokers and Clients to support the successful placement of complex risks?

A brand-new opportunity has now arisen with a highly regarded Lloyd’s Broker, within their market-leading North American Property Division.

This position will focus on supporting the placement and servicing of a diverse portfolio of complex US Property risks across multiple industries, with a particular emphasis on Public Entity business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting and coordinating the placement and ongoing servicing of risks, including preparation of MRC Slips, Wordings, Endorsements, and Underwriter Submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Underwriters, and Market Representatives, providing a high level of service.
  • Provide strong technical expertise across complex risks.
  • Manage the full policy lifecycle, including documentation, certificates, endorsements, bespoke wordings, and account administration.
  • Maintain accurate workflows, financial records, and compliance requirements.
  • Support the Divisional Director with business development opportunities and the design of complex programme structures and innovative risk transfer solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lloyd’s and regulatory requirements, including Contract Certainty.
  • Work collaboratively across the wider business while ensuring adherence to company, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience required in a Broker Support / Account Handler role for a Lloyd's accredited Broker.
  • Extensive experience in the timely and accurate production of Open Market MRC Slips and Endorsements.
  • Experience in handling North American Property Risks.
  • Ability to meet timely and accurate deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
