fresh are on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive to join one of their busy account teams and work across a range of summits, conferences and exhibitions for a portfolio of global clients.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in an events agency or brand experience environment
  • Be passionate and love taking on a challenge
  • Be a real team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Be confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Have exceptional organisational skills, work prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Be comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider teams
  • Have experience building strong client and supplier relationships
  • Be self-motivated, accountable and able to work under pressure
  • Be willing to work to our hybrid model of a minimum of 3 days a week in our Manchester city centre office

Core tasks:

  • Managing and maintaining assigned projects through to completion, including independently delivering elements of smaller-scale projects
  • Playing an active role across small and large-scale projects, taking ownership of defined areas of responsibility
  • Supporting the development of client proposals and budgets
  • Coordinating venue sourcing, site visits, entertainment, staffing and project logistics
  • Managing crew requirements, including scheduling, travel, accommodation and catering arrangements
  • Acting as onsite support for the delivery of large events and leading smaller events onsite
  • Briefing and collaborating with in-house teams including creative, content, film, digital and environments
  • Building and maintaining strong day-to-day client and supplier relationships
  • Setting up, attending and documenting client meetings and contributing to weekly status updates
  • Producing post-event reporting and sharing recommendations for future improvements
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, on brand and to the highest standard
  • Supporting new business pitches and identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Researching and sharing industry trends, insights and developments with the wider team
