About Hunterlodge
Hunterlodge Advertising is a leading full-service marketing agency delivering innovative, insight-led campaigns across Higher Education, Financial Services, Professional Services and B2B sectors.
We combine strategic thinking, creative excellence and media expertise to help our clients achieve measurable results. As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career within a supportive, collaborative and high-performing agency environment.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Account Executive to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional client servicing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of campaign delivery, working directly within advertising platforms, spotting opportunities, identifying issues and making optimisations that improve performance.
You'll act as an additional layer of support across campaign implementation and management, helping to ensure campaigns are built correctly, delivered efficiently and continuously optimised.
Working closely with our Account Directors, Media Specialists and Performance Team, you'll support campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and programmatic platforms, while also developing strong client management and commercial skills.
This role offers a clear pathway to Account Manager within 12-18 months.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
