About LUYA
LUYA is a national PR, Social & Events agency working with brands and businesses across hospitality, interiors, retail, food & drink, manufacturing and property. We're remote-first, with London (Farringdon) & Manchester co-working and regular team meet-ups.
The Role
This is for someone who has executed PR campaigns from start to finish and also knows their way around influencer work. You'll deliver integrated campaigns for clients day to day, with influencer sourcing, booking and management as a core part of the job.
It's a delivery role at Senior Account Executive level. You'll own the day-to-day on your accounts and the creators you work with, whilst helping to develop our PR Assistant, as well as reporting to the Campaigns & Creative Manager and Senior Account Manager... Lots of opportunity for progression within this role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering PR campaigns end to end: media relations, press materials, sell-ins, coverage tracking and reporting.
- Owning influencer management for the agency; talent identification, outreach, gifting, briefing, relationships and reporting, with a junior colleague supporting you on the booking-in legwork.
- Building and keeping real relationships with journalists, editors and creators across our sectors.
- Writing copy: releases, pitches, briefing and planning docs and client updates.
- Running the day-to-day on your accounts and being a dependable point of contact for clients, escalating strategic calls where needed.
- Guiding and developing a PR Assistant - allocating and quality-checking their work.
- Keeping campaigns on track, on budget and properly reported.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For
- Around two years+ experience in a PR agency or fast-paced in-house, with PR campaign experience you can talk us through.
- Genuine hands-on influencer experience. You've booked and managed creators yourself, not just briefed someone else to do it and you have expert knowledge to back up your decisions.
- Someone who actively wants both sides of this. If you only want influencer or only traditional PR, this isn't the one.
- Organised enough to run several clients at once without things slipping.
- Happy working remotely and managing your own time.
