Programmatic Strategy & Campaign Delivery
Play a key role in developing and delivering programmatic media strategies that drive strong results against client objectives. Work closely with the Account Manager and Director to translate client goals into effective media and audience strategies. Take ownership of campaign planning and delivery, ensuring activity is implemented accurately, efficiently, and in line with best practice. Build strong expertise across DSPs and the wider programmatic ecosystem, proactively identifying opportunities to optimise performance. Work closely with Campaign Management and Trading teams to ensure media plans are brought to life effectively, contributing to regular performance and pacing discussions. Analyse campaign performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both clients and internal stakeholders. Take ownership of day-to-day troubleshooting, using your initiative to resolve issues and escalating more complex challenges when appropriate.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Support the Account Manager and Director in building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact across day-to-day activity. Help lead client reporting and performance updates, confidently communicating campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. Work collaboratively with traders, analytics, finance, and other teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning through to delivery. Build strong relationships with technology partners and publishers, keeping up to date with new products, capabilities, and developments across the programmatic landscape.
Collaboration & Innovation
Collaborate across Account Management, Trading, Analytics, and Campaign Engineering to deliver high-quality work for clients. Share your programmatic knowledge with more junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Take ownership of your work and look for opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and campaign delivery. Bring curiosity and a forward-thinking mindset to the role, with an interest in AI, automation, scripts, and algorithms and how emerging technology can help us work smarter.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is confident, curious, and commercially minded, with a strong interest in programmatic media and a desire to take the next step in their career.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Programmatic experience and a strong understanding of DSPs, campaign delivery, and the wider digital media ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to take ownership and confidently navigate challenges.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to work comfortably with campaign and performance data.
- A genuine interest in the evolving programmatic landscape, including AI, automation, technology, and emerging media capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to the wider team.
