🎯 About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing UK team. In this role, you will take ownership of expanding our enterprise and mid-market footprint across the UK business. You’ll manage complex, high-value deal cycles, build strong ecosystem partner relationships, and set the standard of excellence for our sales and Go To Market teams.

Working closely with a dedicated team of BDRs, Solution Engineers, and quota carriers, you won't just close deals - you will represent the benchmark for excellence in our team, helping elevate pipeline generation and driving high performance across the UK market.

📝 What you’ll do

  • Drive full sales cycle execution from qualification to close across enterprise and mid-market accounts, managing deal cycles between 3 and 18 months.
  • Target average deal sizes of £60k–£70k+, with a focus on closing much larger enterprise opportunities as well.
  • Partner closely with BDRs to provide coaching, account strategy, and joint planning to ensure strong, qualified pipeline generation.
  • Build and nurture strategic ecosystem partner relationships to champion co-selling opportunities in the UK region.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and a high attention to detail throughout multi-stakeholder buy cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, professional services, and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
