The Role
This is a pure new-business Account Executive role focused on winning net-new commercial and SMB customers. You’ll own opportunities end-to-end from first conversation through to contract signature, positioning technology solutions around business outcomes rather than products.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert outbound and SDR-qualified meetings into qualified pipeline and closed revenue
- Run full sales cycles including discovery, stakeholder mapping, solution shaping, proposal and negotiation
- Lead commercial conversations around IT strategy, cloud adoption, security and managed services
- Build relationships with IT, operations, finance and procurement stakeholders
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to scope and position solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and activity tracking within CRM
- Consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly new-business revenue targets
- Identify logical upsell and cross-sell opportunities where appropriate

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive or New Business Sales professional
- Track record of closing outbound-led opportunities
- Background selling IT services, MSP, VAR or closely related technology solutions
- Strong discovery, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
