Are you a senior salesperson who has sold into banks and wants to be the first commercial hire in a business rather than the twentieth?
This is an AI compliance platform used by household-name UK banks, fintechs and pension providers. It reviews financial marketing and promotions for regulatory compliance before they go out, monitors them once they are live, and gives marketing teams an answer in seconds instead of a week in a review queue.
Founded in 2024, seed funded and VC backed with a Series A on the horizon, just under 15 people and all London based. Every deal so far has been closed by the three founders, and they now need someone to take that off them and build a proper commercial engine.
What's in it for you?
- Up to GBP 100,000 base with GBP 100,000 variable, taking on target earnings to GBP 200,000
- Meaningful share options on a plan built to reward the people who build the business
- Private healthcare and dental, hardware budget, monthly gym contribution
- Reporting directly to the founders, with a direct path to building and leading the sales team
- A full sales stack already paid for, so your time goes on selling rather than admin
- Exposure to the US market as the US entity opens

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What will you be doing?
- Owning new business end to end, from prospecting through discovery and pilot to close
- Turning founder-led selling into something repeatable that scales past you
- Running daily outbound across phone, email and LinkedIn, with meetings in person as a first move rather than a last resort
- Working the warm engine already in place: events, content, community and inbound signals
- Selling to compliance, risk and finance leaders, and bringing the marketing team along with you
- Building the CRM, sequencing and reporting the function will run on
- Working directly with the founders on pricing, positioning and go-to-market

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Five years or more in outbound heavy B2B SaaS sales, with numbers to back it up
- Experience selling into banks, financial services or another regulated industry, so you already speak the language of a compliance buyer
- Evidence you have built something from zero to one, whether a process, a territory, a tool or a team, rather than inheriting a patch that already worked
- A genuine hunter mentality. You would rather pick up the phone or sit across a table than wait on inbound
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity. There is no playbook here and nobody is going to hand you one
- Able to hold a credible conversation about a technical, regulated product without being an expert on day one
- Fluent English, London based, and happy to be in the office four days a week
