Senior Account Executive – HubSpot Product Specialization (UKI Market)
This Senior Account Executive role supports the UK and Ireland (UKI) market, with flexible options for office, flex, or fully remote working. You will play a hunting role focused on deep product specialization, driving high-growth opportunities for HubSpot’s mid-market clients by selling Service Hub, Customer Agent, and Revenue Hub.
You will build your own pipeline through aggressive prospecting into HubSpot’s existing customer base, managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles while delivering consultative, value-driven solutions. Successful candidates may also expand opportunities within mid-market accounts.

What You’ll Do
- Build & Own Your Pipeline:
- Self-source 80%+ of your opportunities through multi-channel outbound motion (e.g., IB Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude).
- Carry an individual quota with end-to-end ownership from prospecting to close.
- Drive Complex, Multi-Stakeholder Sales Cycles:
- Engage with C-level execs, service leaders, customer success, IT, and business buyers in corporate organizations.
- Deliver consensus-building across diverse stakeholders.
- Own Discovery, Solutioning & Technical Sales:
- Conduct deep discovery and articulate tailored business cases to align purchasing committees.
- Act as technical subject matter expert—run demos, uncover needs, and translate SaaS capabilities into business value.
- Technical Translation & Value Messaging:
- Clearly communicate platform integrations, APIs, and revenue growth opportunities across Service Hub, Customer Agent, and Revenue Hub.
- Collaborate & Align with Internal Teams:
- Partner with Growth AEs, Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, and other customer-facing functions to advance deals.
- Share Knowledge & Optimize Performance:
- Share best practices from wins and losses among the team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for top-tier performers who thrive on ownership, self-sourced revenue, and driving expansion in dynamic environments.
- 3+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales—as an individual contributor—with a record of consistent quota attainment.
- Proven Hunter & Pipeline Builder: Ability to self-generate a strong outbound pipeline (minimal reliance on inbound) with experience in targeting mid-marketor enterprise prospects and optimizing deal
- Top Producer: Demonstrated success selling technically detailed, high-touch complex solutions to multiple buyer personas.
- Technical Aptitude & Curiosity:
- Quick learner with a knack for grasping complicated products (APIs, integrations, automation).
- Ability to bridge the gap between business outcomes and technical execution.
- Consultative & Sales Expertise:
- Apacheton Sandus stall know-how in crafting tailored solutions and multi-stakeholder consensus.
- Proven ability to drive business-case building with data-driven value propositions.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset:
- Thrives in high-energy, build-as-you-go environments.
- Comfortable iterating and experimenting in a role with high uncertainty.
- Discipline & Execution:
- Self-driven with metrics-led tracking and robust organizational habits.
