The Role
You will support the delivery of integrated creative, retail and shopper marketing projects from briefing through to completion. Working closely with Account Managers, creative teams, production partners and clients, you will help turn business and marketing objectives into well-managed, effective campaigns delivered on time and to a high standard. Clients will include, but are not limited to, those from the gambling, gaming, and weight loss industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Support: Build trusted day-to-day relationships with clients, respond to requests, share updates and ensure actions are followed through.
- Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects across creative, retail, shopper and digital channels, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
- Briefing: Help develop clear, accurate creative and production briefs that translate client requirements into actionable direction for internal teams.
- Campaign Delivery: Support projects from initial brief and planning through to creative development, amends, approval, production and final delivery.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with Designers, Artworkers, Strategists, Producers and external suppliers to keep work moving and resolve issues promptly.
- Budget Administration: Assist with estimates, purchase orders, supplier costs, invoicing and budget tracking, escalating risks where appropriate.
- Quality Control: Review work and deliverables for accuracy, consistency, brand compliance and alignment with the approved brief before they reach the client.
- Meetings and Reporting: Prepare agendas, take clear notes, circulate actions and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relationship Development: Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and support Account Managers in developing existing relationships and new opportunities.
- Agency Contribution: Share knowledge, improve ways of working and contribute positively to the wider agency culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
