Job Title: Senior Account Executive – UK & EMEA
Location: UK wide
Salary: Up to £135k base x2 OTE + Equity
We're representing a high-growth financial crime technology vendor that is looking to add a Senior Account Executive to its EMEA sales team, with a focus on selling to regulated industries.
This is a senior new business opportunity for an experienced enterprise seller who has past experience selling complex financial crime solutions.

The role:
Senior new business-focused position responsible for winning enterprise customers
- Focus on financial services, banking, insurance, crypto and other regulated industries
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across commercial, operational, risk, compliance and technology functions.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity creation through to negotiation and close.
- Develop and execute account strategies across a defined portfolio of enterprise prospects.
- Work closely with internal pre-sales, marketing and wider GTM teams to progress complex opportunities.
- Significant autonomy and ownership over the territory, with the opportunity to play a key role in the company's continued growth.

About you:
- Proven track record of selling financial crime solutions such as identity, AML, KYC, verification and fraud
- Strong enterprise new business experience, ideally selling into large or multinational organisations
- Established network of contact
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing large, complex sales cycles with significant deal values.
- Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- Someone who can open doors, create opportunities and build relationships rather than relying purely on inbound pipeline.
- Experience selling into regulated or highly complex markets would be advantageous.
