Job Opportunity at a European AI Company
I'm hiring for a fast-growing European AI company building a platform for high-value knowledge work, used by consulting firms, private equity funds and corporate strategy teams.
Profitable, bootstrapped from day one, already deployed with dozens of clients across Europe, and now venture-backed to accelerate. They are opening the UK market, and you would be the first person on the ground.
Part market building, part hands-on selling, with a real mandate to shape things from scratch:
- Define and execute the UK acquisition strategy: segmentation, account prioritisation, targeted outreach
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signature, on complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Build and manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts as the primary relationship owner
- Build direct relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars and product demos
- Feed UK market insights back into the product roadmap
- Set the sales processes and best practices for the market

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
