As an Account Executive at Strider, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the enterprise sector. By driving new client acquisition and managing the entire sales lifecycle, you will position Strider as a key partner for businesses navigating global strategic competition. Your role is pivotal in helping organizations leverage our solutions to secure their innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

What You Will Do
Drive Sales Success
- Lead the entire sales process—from prospecting through close—with a focus on acquiring and growing large enterprise accounts.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
Build Strategic Relationships
- Cultivate deep relationships with executive stakeholders and position yourself as a trusted advisor in their strategic innovation efforts.
- Navigate complex buying committees and engage cross-functional decision-makers.

Deliver Tailored Value
- Understand each client’s strategic objectives and challenges to position Strider’s solutions as essential to their success.
- Communicate how Strider's platform and services improve innovation security and drive measurable ROI.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and intelligence teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving client needs.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
Demonstrate Market Expertise
- Stay informed on enterprise technology trends, geopolitical risk, and the competitive landscape.
- Represent Strider at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to expand our visibility and thought leadership.
Invest in Your Growth
- Participate in structured sales training, coaching, and professional development opportunities designed to expand your capabilities and impact.
Key Qualifications
- Based in or willing to relocate to London, UK, and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies; experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Passion for solving strategic client challenges and building long-term, value-driven relationships.
- Prior exposure to innovation security, SaaS, or DaaS offerings.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
- Familiarity with corporate and information security domains, especially insider risk, counterintelligence, and supply chain risk.
- Background in the military, defense, or intelligence communities.
- Experience with demand generation or sales development efforts.
