We're working with a leading digital marketing technology business looking for a client facing Account Executive to join their growing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, account management or media who is looking to build a long-term career within this ever-evolving industry.
You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll gain exposure to digital campaigns, client management, media and marketing technology, whilst working alongside experienced commercial, technical and product teams.
The Role
You'll support the delivery of digital campaigns for a range of clients, helping to ensure projects run smoothly, campaigns perform successfully and clients receive an outstanding service.
Working closely with internal teams, you'll develop a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape whilst playing an important role in campaign delivery and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of client campaigns and projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Assist with project coordination and help manage key deadlines.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Produce regular client reports and performance updates.
- Assist with campaign analysis and provide insights to support future activity.
- Help manage promotional activity and ensure campaigns align with client marketing calendars.
- Support the wider Client Services team with reporting, billing and account administration.
- Assist in tracking business performance and campaign success.
- Keep up to date with developments across digital marketing, AdTech and consumer behaviour.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance client performance.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years' commercial experience within digital marketing, digital media, account management or a similar client-facing role, focused around commercial revenue activity.
- A genuine interest in digital advertising, media and marketing technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Google Analytics or other analytics platforms would be advantageous.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a desire to develop your career in a fast-moving commercial environment.
