Partnering with an Innovative HealthTech Company
We're partnering with an innovative HealthTech company entering an exciting phase of commercial growth. As they expand their presence across the life sciences sector, they're looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to help drive growth with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business that's already making an impact in the market, with the ambition, momentum and backing to scale globally.
The Role
You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through to contract negotiation and handover, developing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across pharmaceutical and biotech organisations.
Success in this role comes from understanding how pharmaceutical organisations buy technology. You'll know how to navigate long sales cycles, engage multiple stakeholders and build credibility with patient engagement, innovation and clinical teams, while bringing procurement and commercial decision-makers with you to close the deal.
You'll also represent the business at industry conferences and events across the UK, Europe and the US, using them as a key channel for building relationships, generating opportunities and expanding your network.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
