We are partnering with a high-growth Series A HealthTech company that is transforming how pharmaceutical companies engage and retain patients.
Following significant commercial growth and increasing demand from global pharmaceutical organisations, they are expanding their commercial team and looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business across pharma and biotech.
You would join at an exciting stage of growth, owning complex enterprise sales cycles and working directly with senior stakeholders across R&D, Clinical Operations, and Medical Affairs.

You would:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Drive new business across pharmaceutical and biotech organisations
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and RFP processes
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across pharma R&D and Clinical Operations
- Structure and negotiate large, strategic contracts
- Manage and strategically grow your own pipeline
- Work closely with Product, Science, and Technology teams to bring client insights back into the business
- Represent the company at key industry conferences and client meetings globally

You will ideally have:
- 8 to 10 years of experience selling into pharmaceutical / life sciences sponsors
- Proven experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles and RFP processes
- A strong new business / hunter mentality with experience managing large deal sizes
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials and the pharma R&D landscape
- Experience selling digital / SaaS solutions, although relevant consultancy or CRO backgrounds can also be considered
- A consultative, collaborative, and low-ego approach
