About the Role
We’re building a high-performance sales team in Europe and are looking for hustlers – someone who deeply understands the European AI market and knows exactly where to find the right customers.
This isn’t about selling to large corporates with no inference agenda; it’s about identifying and engaging with agentic AI companies and AI start-ups actively using inference technology. You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing in high-value business and driving market expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and cultivating strategic enterprise accounts across Europe.
- Develop deep expertise in AI inference solutions and communicate their value to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Lead complex, high-value negotiations to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer demands, and competitive moves to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and contribute to the broader mission of advancing AI adoption.

- Proven experience selling into AI/ML-driven organizations, particularly agentic AI and AI startups.
- A strong understanding of the AI inference space and where to find key market opportunities.
- A natural networker with the ability to quickly build relationships and open doors.
- Energy, drive, and a self-starter mentality – this is a role for someone who can deliver significant business impact.
- Flexibility to work across Europe, based anywhere in the UK.
Compensation
- Base salary: £80,000 - £140,000
- Uncapped commission
