Sales Executive – Commercial Real Estate (Hybrid)
About the Role
Green Street’s Sales team offers a dynamic, team-driven environment where you’ll be encouraged to sell research, data, and advisory products & services to diverse clients. We’re building a Results-Oriented Sales Team aligned with our mission and focused on winning. We’re looking for a self-motivated professional who can drive growth, manage a structured process, and thrive in a high-velocity sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan while exceeding quota targets
- Generate new revenue streams by selling Green Street’s flagship products (research, data, analytics, news, and advisory solutions)
- Proactively expand pipeline through high-impact outbound prospecting (daily outreach)
- Engage C-level decision-makers to establish internal champions for our solutions
- Identify and align pro spect business goals and pain points with Green Street’s offerings
- Position value by demonstrating how our data-driven solutions improve business outcomes and outperform competitors
- Master product thought leadership to justify pricing strategies and competitive differentiation
- Monitor sales pipeline, reports monthly forecasts, and manage CRM activity (Green Street’s platform)
- Work autonomously with entrepreneurial drive, initiative, and urgency to acquire new clients
- Collaborate across functions to share best practices and training

Candidate Profile
We’re seeking a Commerce / Revenue Growth Specialist with:
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or financial services sales experience (with preference for subscription-based, MIS/PLATFORM or CRE industries)
- Proven performance against sales targets, generating consistent quota attainment/exceedance
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of work experience in related fields)
- In-depth industry knowledge of financial concepts (focused on investor, lender, and CRE-specific needs)
- Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience is helpful but not essential
- Adaptability to a hybrid model (requiring 3 days/week in-office at our London office)

Compensation
- Structured base salary (eligible for *bonus + commission)
- Competitive variable pay recommendations based on performance, location, education, and experience

- No relocation/visa sponsorship provided; candidates must be currently authorized to work in the UK without visa requirements
