Senior Account Executive
£80,000 base + double OTE
SaaS | Social Care | Tech for Good
We’re working with a market-leading SaaS business that is transforming how care providers record, manage and use critical information.
They’re looking for an experienced enterprise salesperson to build relationships with senior leaders across the social care sector and close complex, high-value opportunities.
This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on long-term account development rather than high-volume outbound.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and developing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Building relationships with C-suite, board-level and operational stakeholders
- Managing complex sales cycles of 12 months or longer
- Creating account plans and developing multi-threaded relationships
- Leading procurement processes and formal tender responses
- Working closely with Product, Marketing, Implementation and Customer Success
- Representing the business at industry events, conferences and senior networking forums
- Taking full ownership of your pipeline, forecasting and revenue target

What we’re looking for:
- Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience within Social Care, HealthTech or the wider Tech for Good space, this is essential
- A strong track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Experience selling to care providers, regulated organisations or public-sector customers
- Confidence engaging and negotiating with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Experience managing long sales cycles and formal tender processes
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to protect deal value and margin
- A consistent history of achieving enterprise sales targets
- Excellent CRM, pipeline management and forecasting discipline
