Job Title: Senior Account Handler - US Casualty Division
Our client is a well-established, market-leading, and global Lloyd's Broker, renowned for being a key player within the London Market Insurance.
A fantastic opportunity has now arisen as a Senior Account Handler within their US Casualty Division in a front-end technical role. This role will involve producing London Market MRC Slips and Endorsements, providing comprehensive Broker Support, and delivering an exceptional service to US Retail Broker Partners and Network Offices.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare London Market MRC slips, endorsements, adjustments, and accurate client documentation.
- Review submissions and prepare comprehensive broking presentations for the market.
- Work closely with brokers to prioritize workloads, resolve queries, and address any missing or inaccurate information.
- Support lead brokers on allocated accounts, developing strong working relationships with London and international markets.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of service to US retail clients and network offices, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ensure all relevant information is accurately documented, validated, and agreed.
- Maintain and update account sheets, revenue trackers, and budget documentation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with global colleagues, market contacts, and business partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date market appetite documentation in collaboration with the wider team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, or equivalent systems.

About You

- 5 years or more of experience in an Account Handler/Broker Support role for a Lloyd's Broker.
- Competent in the production of MRC Slips and Endorsements.
- Experienced in handling US or International Casualty Risks—US Property will also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
