Target Job Title: Senior Account Lead / Enterprise Client Manager – UK & Europe
Role Balance

Core Mandate
Act as the primary operational and strategic anchor for the GMC account and key UK/EU enterprise accounts, delivering exceptional retention and SLA compliance while identifying organic up-sell opportunities across regulated sectors.
Key Account Management Duties (70% Focus)
- GMC & Key Account Ownership
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for GMC leadership, managing day-to-day contract operational reviews, escalation handling, and relationship mapping.
- SLA & Operational Governance
- Monitor and enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and primary source verification (PSV) turn-around times across all active contracts.
- Public Sector Framework Renewal & Compliance
- Safeguard existing revenue streams by managing contract extensions, framework audits, and re-tender submissions under UK Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) and CCS frameworks.
- Client Advocacy & Service Improvement
- Collaborate with DataFlow's global delivery centres to optimize verification workflows, resolve complex verification edge-cases, and present monthly/quarterly operational reports to client stakeholders.
- Organic Account Growth
- Drive natural account expansion within existing clients (e.g., expanding screening volumes across additional departments, introducing new verification checks, or onboarding adjacent NHS trusts/regulatory boards).

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Senior Account Management (Public Sector & Regulated Bodies)
- 6+ years managing high-value UK/EU public sector accounts: Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder accounts governed by regulatory bodies (e.g., GMC, NMC, GPhC, Law Society) or Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks.
- High-Touch Service Delivery: Deep expertise in high-volume background screening, credentialing, or Primary Source Verification (PSV) delivery models.
- Risk & Escalation Management: Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes client issues, regulatory audits, and service delivery turnarounds calmly and strategically.
- Cross-Sector Expertise (DataFlow Target Sectors)
- Strong familiarity maintaining client relationships across DataFlow's primary verticals:
- Healthcare: General Medical Council (GMC), NHS Trusts, locum agencies, private healthcare providers.
- Public Sector & Government: Central government, local authorities, immigration advisory services.
- Education & Professional Bodies: Universities, academic credential evaluators, law firms, and engineering institutions.
- Strong familiarity maintaining client relationships across DataFlow's primary verticals:

Commercial & Growth Skills (30% Business Development Focus)
- Strategic Account Planning
- Ability to create formal account growth plans that increase DataFlow's wallet-share in existing contracts.
- Targeted Regional Sales
- Opportunistic prospecting and deal closure across UK/European public sector, healthcare, legal, and engineering prospects to secure new logos.
- Bid & Tender Support
- Assisting the global bid team with local UK/EU market intelligence to win adjacent tenders.
Language & Regional Capabilities (Europe)
- English
- Native or full professional proficiency (mandatory for GMC governance and UK public sector reporting).
- European Languages (Strong Advantage)
- German (C1/C2): Highly valued for managing healthcare and engineering relationships in the DACH region.
- Spanish: Advantageous
