Senior Account Lead – UK & Europe
London / Home Counties/ UK | Permanent | Fully Remote
I am currently supporting a global leader in credential verification and background screening on their first dedicated Account Management hire in the UK.
The business works with governments, regulators, healthcare bodies and employers worldwide, verifying that professionals' qualifications, licences and work history are genuine before they practise. They have just won one of the UK's most high-profile healthcare regulators as a major new client, and this role will own that relationship from day one.

What you will do
- Act as the main contact for senior client stakeholders, leading governance, contract reviews and escalations
- Own SLA, KPI and verification turnaround performance across key accounts
- Manage framework compliance, contract extensions and re-tenders (PCR / CCS)
- Build account growth plans and open new opportunities across healthcare, public sector, legal and engineering
- Travel to Europe for client meetings when needed

What they are looking for
- 6+ years managing complex, high-value accounts with public sector or regulated clients
- Background in background screening, credentialing, verification or a similar high-volume service
- Calm, strategic handling of high-stakes issues, audits and service turnarounds
- German, Spanish or any Nordic Language is a strong advantage
