ThePlaceToBe are excited to be partnering with a leading creative agency delivering standout work across POS, creative, branding, packaging, and design for a fantastic portfolio of retail and consumer clients. This is a collaborative agency working on a varied mix of projects, from in-store campaigns and POS through to brand, packaging, and wider creative work.
About the Role...
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll manage key client relationships and oversee projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You'll work closely with creative, design, artwork, and production teams, keeping projects on track, and ensuring clients receive excellent work and service.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Managing projects across POS, branding, packaging, design, and creative campaigns
- Building strong, long-term relationships with retail and consumer clients
- Taking and interpreting briefs and translating them into clear creative direction
- Working closely with creative, design, artwork, and production teams
- Managing timelines, budgets, resources, and project delivery
- Overseeing work through design development, artwork, and production
- Presenting creative work and confidently managing client feedback
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders across fast-paced accounts
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships

About You...
You'll be an experienced Senior Account Manager with agency experience and a passion for creative work. You'll enjoy being client-facing, have excellent attention to detail, and be confident managing projects with a strong production and delivery focus.

What We're Looking For...
- Experience within a creative, brand, design, or integrated agency
- Experience working across POS, branding, packaging, design, or creative projects
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing budgets and timelines
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- A genuine interest in retail, brands, and creative work
- Collaborative and solutions-focused, with a strong eye for detail
