This role sits at the point where account management stops being about keeping clients happy and starts being about owning whether they stay, grow and trust you to lead their performance. You'd be the commercial owner for a portfolio of performance-led accounts at an employee-owned agency that has just posted its strongest financial year to date.

For a Senior Account Manager measured on retention and revenue, the employee-owned element changes things. Commercial thinking isn't a directive from above - it's how everyone here is wired, because everyone holds a stake.

The Role

You own the full performance relationship for your accounts. That means translating each client's business goals into measurable KPIs across paid, SEO, social and CRM - then holding the commercial thread that connects specialist channel teams to real outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Success is measured plainly: retention, year-on-year growth, KPI delivery, and 70% of your time on billable client work.

The Person

With experience in a digital or performance agency, you own client relationships rather than execute channels; you can interrogate strategy across paid, SEO, social, and CRM credibly, and talk attribution, tracking and GA4 without bluffing.

You understand agency commercials: retainers, forecasting, billable time, and you've retained and grown performance accounts before.

A more diverse team is a more creative team.

It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.

All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
