Account Manager – Managed IT Services
London or West Midlands | Hybrid
£55,000 basic + £5,000 car allowance + X2 OTE
I’m recruiting for an Account Manager to join a fast-growing managed IT services provider, taking ownership of an established portfolio of SME and lower mid-market customers with genuine potential to grow.
About the Role
This is an account development role focused on strengthening existing relationships and identifying opportunities to cross-sell managed IT services across the Microsoft stack and wider IT services. You’ll inherit active customer relationships rather than being expected to build a portfolio from scratch.
The business is achieving double-digit revenue growth and has recently strengthened its senior leadership team as it enters its next stage of expansion. Its CEO has a clear appetite for continued growth and an ambition to build one of the UK’s leading service providers.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
