Role: Senior Account Manager (Commercial)

Location: Reigate Area

Setup: Hybrid

Salary: Up to £55,000 plus double OTE.

Industry: IT Managed Services

Car Allowance £5,000

About the Opportunity

A growing technology solutions provider is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its commercial team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of key customer relationships, drive strategic account growth, and help clients maximise the value of their technology investments.

Working with a diverse portfolio of commercial organisations, you will act as a trusted advisor, developing long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities across a broad range of IT, cloud, infrastructure, communications, and managed service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic commercial clients
  • Create and execute account growth plans aligned to client objectives
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue across existing accounts
  • Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
  • Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts when required
  • Monitor account performance against budget and revenue targets
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders
  • Track industry developments and identify relevant technology solutions for clients

What We're Looking For

  • Proven account management or business development experience within an IT, technology, MSP, telecoms, cloud, or related environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing larger or strategic customer accounts
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with a consultative, customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
