About the Opportunity:

As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a senior client partner, taking ownership of key client relationships and leading the delivery of high-impact campaigns. You will oversee complex projects end to end, collaborate closely with internal teams, and provide strategic guidance to drive performance, growth, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, exceptional organisational skills, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, building trusted relationships.
  • Lead the delivery of multiple campaigns, ensuring objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and expertise to clients at every stage of the campaign.
  • Present confidently in pitches, kick-off meetings, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional client activity and upselling.

Role Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working for a brand or in a client servicing role at an agency, dealing with high profile and demanding clients.
  • Experience pitching and selling ideas to clients, and ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, an understanding of social campaigns and evolving knowledge of industry developments.
  • Exceptional organisation and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard, in a fast-paced environment, while always maintaining an eye for detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with problems in a logical and efficient way.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
