Job Description

As a global media buying agency, we put people at the centre of everything we do, identifying and optimising audiences to deliver client outcomes.

We are experience designers, not simply media planners. We build winning experiences by going deeper into consumer empathy and further into the possibilities of what’s next in media and beyond. We don’t sit back. We pioneer in media, positively advocating for people, business and society in everything that we do.

The purpose of the Account Manager is to support the Account Director in planning and account handling, manage the Account Executive and monitor their workload, as well as help develop their skill sets. The Account Manager creates the opportunity for strategy and digital specialists to contribute fully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day account operations, network management, and coordination across 31 international markets.
  • Review local market media strategies, quarterly plans, and responses to client briefs to ensure high-quality, insight-driven solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Project management across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
  • Onboard and train new markets, covering digital best practice (e.g., taxonomy), client & agency tools, platform setup, and team processes.
  • Support Strategy teams on global campaign development and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
  • Own work-streams, such as PCA template creation, quality assurance, and provide structured feedback to local teams to drive consistency and best practice.
  • Main point of contact for junior clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
