About the Company

Taxually is a leading tax technology company providing innovative compliance solutions for businesses worldwide. Our platform streamlines complex tax processes, helping companies navigate the intricate landscape of global tax regulations while minimizing administrative burden. As a rapidly growing fintech SaaS startup, we're revolutionizing how businesses handle their tax compliance obligations.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring an excellent client experience, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow our customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients across their entire compliance lifecycle — from onboarding and tax data mapping through to renewals and expansion.
  • Working closely with our Stripe partner team, internal tax specialists, and product, you’ll:
    • Own a portfolio of Stripe-referred accounts as the primary relationship owner
    • Guide clients through VAT, US sales tax (economic nexus, marketplace facilitator rules), and GST/PST configuration
    • Build trusted advisor relationships with finance leads, tax teams, and C-suite stakeholders
    • Act as a senior point of escalation on your portfolio, mentoring more junior account managers
    • Monitor account health, drive renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
