Looking for a role where you'll have real ownership, work directly with clients, and be part of a genuinely collaborative agency? We're working with a brilliant independent creative agency that's built an outstanding reputation for strategic thinking, creativity and long-term client partnerships.

They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to become a key part of their Client Services team, managing a varied portfolio of integrated projects from initial brief through to delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships, keeping projects moving, and working closely with strategy and creative teams to deliver work that makes a real impact.

The role

You'll be trusted to lead the day-to-day management of several client accounts, acting as the main point of contact while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

  • Building strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Managing integrated brand, campaign and creative projects across digital and offline channels
  • Taking client briefs and turning them into clear, inspiring creative briefs
  • Working closely with Strategy and Creative teams to shape solutions
  • Creating estimates, timings, project plans and budgets
  • Running client meetings and workshops with multiple stakeholders
  • Keeping projects moving while proactively identifying risks and solutions
  • Spotting opportunities to grow client accounts and add value

About you

You'll probably have around 3 to 5 years' experience within an agency Account Management or Client Services role and be ready to take ownership of your own clients.

You'll be someone who:

  • Loves building relationships
  • Is highly organised and commercially aware
  • Can confidently juggle multiple projects
  • Enjoys solving problems rather than creating them
  • Thinks strategically but is equally happy rolling up your sleeves to make things happen
  • Thrives in a collaborative agency environment
