Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries like SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships while helping lead and strengthen our Account Management function.
You'll manage accounts from the moment they're handed over by Sales, through role intake, recruitment delivery, interviews, offers, and successful placements, followed by retention and account growth.
Working closely with our Head of Operations and Talent, you'll make sure clients and recruiters stay aligned, hiring processes keep moving, and every viable role has the best possible chance of converting into a placement.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example. You'll manage your own portfolio of accounts while coaching the wider Account Management team, improving how we work, and raising the standard of client delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Full Client Journey
- Own client relationships from the initial Sales handoff through onboarding, recruitment delivery, placement, retention, and growth.
- Lead detailed intake calls to understand hiring needs and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for the recruitment team.
- Advise clients on candidate profiles, compensation, timelines, and market expectations.
- Work closely with recruiters to monitor progress, resolve blockers, and keep searches moving forward.
- Drive timely feedback, interview scheduling, and clear next steps throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer conversations and support both sides through to a successful placement.
- Maintain strong relationships after placement and identify opportunities for repeat hiring and account expansion.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
