Description
Construct is Together Group’s brand strategy and brand design atelier, trusted by some of the world’s most prestigious organisations operating at the highest end of luxury and hospitality. The studio has created iconic global brands such as Aman, and has been selected to relaunch and reposition heritage institutions including The Ritz, Baur Au Lac, and The Dorchester.
We work with family-owned luxury businesses, global hospitality groups, and category-defining brands serving an HNWI and UHNW clientele — often at moments of transformation, expansion, or generational change.
About the Client Services Team
The Client Services team anchors every project, leading collaboratively across a diverse portfolio of accounts. From initial briefing through to delivery, we enable the wider studio to work productively and effectively. Ensuring outputs align with brand strategy, remain on schedule and within budget, and consistently exceed client expectations.
Through strong, strategic, and trusted client relationships, we enable the studio to partner meaningfully with organisations. We champion the strengths of our multidisciplinary team and ensure all project outcomes reflect the highest standards of the Construct studio.

Purpose of the Role
This role leads both internal teams and clients through medium to large-scale projects involving multiple workstreams. You will bring tactical and strategic planning expertise to ensure the seamless and efficient flow of work across the studio daily.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager to join our team, someone who contributes far beyond ideas and execution. You will lead by example and act as a trusted advisor to colleagues and clients alike. Bringing strong leadership and communication skills and a proven track record in managing pitches, projects, client relationships, and internal teams.
This role can be based in our London or Bath office.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for Construct, promoting and applying the studio’s philosophy to deliver meaningful client outcomes while partnering closely with Strategic and Creative leads to support their best work
- Drive client growth, profitability, and long-term relationship development with repeat business
- Lead complex projects from brief through delivery, ensuring clear scope, resourcing, and execution
- Identify opportunities for additional work and contribute to pitches and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and produce agreements scope of works
- Establish and manage projects, ensuring documentation, team structure, and approvals are in place
- Schedule and oversee delivery in line with budgets, timelines, and studio processes
- Deliver exceptional client service through strategic guidance and proactive problem-solving
- Monitor progress, scope, and budgets, addressing out-of-scope requirements as needed
- Manage expenses and reconciliations in collaboration with Finance and Client Services leadership
- Conduct project reviews to drive continuous improvement and support profitability
- Mentor junior team members and support capability development
- Maintain organised documentation and accurate administrative records
- Support the Business Development Director in building out lead sourcing systems
- Contribute to the development of new scopes of work, pricing models, and commercial proposals where needed to support the function
- Support Business Development Director with review RFPs
