Account Manager | London, Thames Valley & Milton Keynes | Hybrid Working
Are you an experienced Account Manager within the MSP sector looking for your next challenge?

We're now looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in building long-term client partnerships across London, the Thames Valley and Milton Keynes.
What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted advisor to your customers, you'll:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Drive customer retention, satisfaction and account growth
- Identify opportunities to expand services through consultative conversations
- Translate business challenges into tailored IT and cyber security solutions
- Lead account reviews, QBRs and strategic roadmap discussions
- Collaborate with Technical, Service Delivery and Cyber teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain account plans, pipelines and opportunities within our CRM

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from professionals who have:
- Proven Account Management experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and experience achieving sales and retention targets
- Experience selling managed IT services, Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud solutions
- Knowledge of cyber security services including endpoint protection, backup & disaster recovery, and SIEM solutions
- Confidence working within a fast-paced and evolving technology environment
