Account Manager - DataOps / AI | London

Our Client

One of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in Europe, building the data platform used by some of the world's most advanced AI teams. Founded in 2020, they've grown to ~200 people, reached >$15m+ ARR and recently raised a $60m Series C. They're now hitting and targeting 2-3x annual growth from here. Their technology sits underneath the development of advanced AI applications across robotics, autonomous vehicles, drones, healthcare and more.

The Role

This is a genuinely commercial Account Manager role. You'll own a book of roughly 10-15 customers, worth around $1-2m ARR, ranging from 100-person businesses through to Fortune 500 companies. Your job is simple: grow them. You'll own upsell and cross-sell across some of the company's highest-value accounts, carrying an annual $1m-$1.6m expansion quota. Expansion already accounted for 50%+ of revenue in Q2, and every AM in the current UK/US team is hitting or exceeding target. This isn't a retention-heavy CSM role disguised as Account Management. We're looking for someone who has carried a commercial number and consistently grown existing customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
