Currently partnering with a growing creative agency, seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering exceptional service across creative & content-led projects.
As the lead contact for a portfolio of key accounts, you'll play a pivotal role in developing client partnerships, driving account growth, and ensuring projects are delivered to an exceptional standard. You'll combine strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness, helping clients achieve their objectives while identifying new opportunities to expand relationships.
Must be based within a commutable distance to central London.

- Build and develop lasting relationships with key clients
- Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive partnership and strategic thinking
- Identify opportunities for additional work and support business growth
- Prepare project scopes, budgets, timelines, and commercial estimates in collaboration with internal teams
- Ensure briefs are clear, complete, and effectively handed over to production and delivery teams
- Oversee projects from initial briefing through to completion - monitoring project progress, managing expectations, and resolving challenges
- Present ideas, updates, and recommendations confidently to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the client lifecycle
Key Requirements:

- Significant experience managing and growing client accounts within a creative, marketing, digital, or production agency
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience with project budgets and profitability
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships, accompanied with excellent communication & presentation skills
- Experience using project management platforms such as Scoro (or similar systems)
- An interest in creative production, content creation, film, or social media campaigns is highly beneficial
