This is a boutique, strategically led branding and packaging agency with 25+ years of heritage.
The client roster runs from household-name FMCG brands to a major national retailer whose own-label range this studio owns end-to-end: naming, packaging, food photography, illustration, in-store POS, even training the retailer's in-house teams.
The Role
You're the first point of contact for the studio’s biggest and longest-standing account, owning the day-to-day relationship - you’re the person who takes their complex retail briefs and turns them into clear, actionable direction, then holds schedules, resources and budgets steady from start to finish.
It's a role with real weight, and requires someone with the presence to hold a major relationship independently, who understands packaging design and retail well enough to give the client the sense of a dependable team behind them. You're stepping into live relationships and existing momentum, not building from zero. The commercial understanding you develop running packaging at this scale transfers to any client, any agency, from here.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
