Role Description

The Senior Account Manager role at Kitchen is a full-time, hybrid position based in London, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. This position is responsible for leading key client accounts, building strong relationships, and acting as a strategic partner who understands client goals and brand culture. Day-to-day tasks include managing projects from brief to delivery, coordinating with in-house creative, design, development, and production teams, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. The Senior Account Manager will develop account plans, identify opportunities for growth, prepare proposals and presentations, and oversee campaign performance and reporting. This role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvements, and supporting new business initiatives when needed. There is plenty of room to be promoted quickly and take on more responsibility for the right candidate with ambition and energy to succeed.

Qualifications / Experience

- Demonstrated experience in account management, client services, or similar roles within a creative, marketing, or digital agency environment.
- Confidence with social media (ideally enthusiastic with creating and posting your own content and building a following)
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and communication, with the ability to translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable plans.
- Proven project management capabilities, including organizing workflows, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of brand strategy, creative processes, and integrated campaigns across channels such as digital, social, content, and experiential.
- Comfort with data and performance reporting, including monitoring campaign results, drawing insights, and presenting recommendations to clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, make informed decisions, and remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring or overseeing junior colleagues, with an interest in team development and knowledge sharing.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with common agency tools and platforms (e.g., project management software, collaboration tools, presentation tools); digital marketing or social media expertise is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with UK or international brands and the ability to operate effectively in a hybrid London-based work setting.
