Purpose of the role
The successful candidate will drive Keyloop's Fleet agenda across dealer, broker and Leasing Company (LeaseCo) audiences, while maximising client adoption of Keyloop's Retention solutions through an Asset-Risk-Management optimisation and customer retention lens.
The role is UK-based with a pan-European account book and regular European travel, reporting directly into the Financiers & Fleet Director. The candidate will understand the commercial dynamics between LeaseCos, dealers and brokers, and be equally comfortable operating at operational and senior commercial/strategic levels within each.
Key Headlines
- First point of contact for existing and new Fleet and Retention accounts, spanning dealer/broker and LeaseCo level
- Own and grow the Fleet solutions agenda into Leasing Companies and their associated dealer/broker networks
- Drive adoption of Retention solutions with a specific focus on Asset-Risk-Management optimisation and customer retention outcomes
- Identify new client opportunities and cross-sell opportunities across the wider Keyloop portfolio
- UK-based role with regular European travel; account book is pan-European
- Monthly face-to-face team meetings in the UK
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent account management across dealer/broker and LeaseCo stakeholders
- Maintain weekly dialogue with clients across both Fleet and Retention/Asset-Risk-Management workstreams
- Build and maintain multi-level relationships within LeaseCo organisations (commercial, risk, operations) as well as with dealer/broker principals
- Develop and apply a thorough understanding of LeaseCo commercial models, contract/residual value processes, and remarketing, and how these intersect with dealer/broker operations
- Position Asset-Risk-Management optimisation as a driver of retention and commercial value in client conversations
- Produce Quarterly Review Packs covering Fleet performance, Retention/Asset-Risk-Management outcomes, and system development delivered
- Collaborate with key LeaseCo and dealer/broker contacts to understand their short, medium and long-term Fleet strategies, ensuring Keyloop is the partner of choice
- Keep product/sales presentation material and POS assets current and available on shared portals
- Feed back market intelligence on competitor Fleet and Retention/Asset-Risk-Management offerings to sharpen internal positioning

Skillset And Experience Required
- Experience within the automotive sector, ideally within Fleet, Leasing or Asset Finance
- Direct experience working with Leasing Companies (LeaseCos) — understanding of their commercial models, funding structures, and relationships with dealer/broker networks
- Thorough understanding of leasing processes across the value chain: origination, contract management, residual value setting, remarketing, and end-of-contract/asset risk management
- Experience selling SaaS/cloud-based solutions
- Proven track record in account management, ideally managing dealer/broker and corporate (LeaseCo) stakeholders concurrently
- User or provider experience with retention/Asset-Risk-Management solutions, ideally within automotive finance
- Customer- and outcomes-focused, with the maturity and diplomacy to manage engagement across dealer, broker and LeaseCo stakeholder levels — from operational through to senior commercial/strategic
- Able to implement a professional, structured sales approach using MEDDIC (Keyloop's preferred sales methodology) — covering Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain and Champion — alongside use of Salesforce
- Self-driven, ambitious, resilient, highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning - politely assertive
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another European language — such as French, Spanish, Italian, or German — is preferred
- Highly organised within a process-oriented environment. Computer literate and familiarity with SF.com an advantage
- Fluency with AI tools such as Claude and Copilot is a plus but not mandatory
