About the role...
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring creative projects are delivered seamlessly from initial brief through to final production. Working closely with strategists, designers and production teams.
What you'll be doing...
- Managing brand identity and packaging design projects from concept through to delivery.
- Building trusted, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their day-to-day contact.
- Taking and interpreting client briefs, developing clear, inspiring creative briefs for the design team.
- Collaborating closely with creatives, strategists and artwork teams to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard.
- Keeping projects running smoothly by managing timelines, budgets and resources effectively.
- Supporting packaging projects through design development, artwork and production.
- Presenting creative concepts and managing client feedback with confidence and professionalism.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts and support new business where appropriate.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest creative standard.

You'll be passionate about brand, packaging and design, with a genuine interest in creativity and an eye for what makes great work. You'll enjoy building strong client relationships, thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, and love being at the heart of the creative process.

What we're looking for...
- Experience as a Senior Account Manager within a branding, packaging or design agency.
- Experience managing branding and/or packaging design projects.
- A genuine passion for design with a strong creative eye and appreciation for high-quality creative work.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident presenting creative work and managing client feedback.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially aware with experience managing project budgets and timelines.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused.
