Do you have a background in interim recruitment and the experience to take ownership of a flagship client account?
Signet Resources, part of the Macildowie Group, is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Account Manager to lead one of our largest and longest-standing client partnerships.
Supporting a significant contractor population across functions including Customer Service, Marketing, IT, Business Analysis, and Corporate Services, you'll become the trusted partner to the client, owning the relationship from end to end.
As our Senior Recruitment Account Manager, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, HR teams, and contractors, taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing and sourcing through to offer, onboarding, and ongoing account management. This is a hands-on delivery role where exceptional service, commercial awareness, and long-term partnership are everything.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has built their career within interim or temporary recruitment. You'll bring sound judgment, credibility, and a naturally consultative approach, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and become a genuine extension of your client's business.
This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to fill vacancies. We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, challenging constructively when needed, and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and contractors alike.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
