Experienced Healthcare Account Manager Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an experienced healthcare account manager to take ownership of client relationships and the delivery of sophisticated digital campaigns for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech businesses.

Importantly, this isn’t a new business sales role. The focus is on client satisfaction, account management, and ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully, working alongside senior commercial leads who are responsible for driving new business.

About the Company

Our client is a leading healthcare technology and digital communications business with access to the UK’s largest professional network of doctors, with more than 245,000 members and over 50,000 doctors using its platform every day. It sits within a major international healthcare technology group, offering the culture and autonomy of a smaller business with the resources and reach of a much larger global organisation.

They work with major pharmaceutical companies, emerging biotech businesses, and other healthcare organisations, delivering campaigns across medical education, e-detailing, sponsored content, digital advertising, and wider physician engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
