Position Overview
We’re searching for an experienced communicator and process expert to take ownership within our elite customer services team in London, managing the world’s biggest films, from scripting through to theatrical release — and beyond. As our Cinema Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a senior go-to person for your customer’s global theatrical releases, guiding each title through asset creation, technical production, and delivery pipelines — working as part of a team reporting into one of our Senior Account Directors.

Position Responsibilities
- Own the journey: As a senior member of an elite team, you’ll own the full lifecycle of film titles — from scripting and localization through cinema mastering, theatrical delivery and licensing.
- Mentor and guide: Support the development of junior members of the team, sharing expertise and best practice to raise the bar.
- Be the connector: Unite Deluxe’s creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure clarity, cohesion, and momentum.
- Communicate with confidence: Keep clients and stakeholders informed, supported, and delighted every step of the way.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Anticipate roadblocks before they appear, and drive solutions that protect timelines and quality.
- Keep systems sharp: Ensure that all project data, milestones, and updates are accurate and always up to date.
- Champion excellence: Drive top-tier quality across subtitling, audio mixing, picture editing, mastering, QC and delivery.
- Elevate the workflow: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and deliver a smoother, smarter operational experience.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cinema/film, as well as:
- 5+ years’ experience in account management, project management, post-production, localization, or a customer-facing position, with a track record of taking on increasing responsibility.
- A proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects and complex, high-value accounts with tight turnarounds.
- Experience mentoring and supporting development.
- Exceptional communication skills — you can zoom out for big-picture strategy and zoom in for precise detail.
- An experienced, collaborative mindset and the relationship-building skills to align teams and clients effortlessly.
- A strong understanding of end-to-end workflows, from script to screen.
- Manage assigned client accounts to support timely invoicing and payment collection.
