Are you a Senior Account Manager who thrives in the world of innovative design and creativity? We're partnering with an internationally recognised product design studio to find someone who can build lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional creative projects. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, people-first team where commercial thinking and creativity go hand in hand.
The Opportunity
As Senior Account Manager, you'll act as a trusted partner to clients, leading projects from initial brief through to delivery. Working closely with senior creatives, you'll develop commercially viable solutions, oversee project timelines and budgets, and ensure every piece of work is delivered to the highest standard.
- You'll play a key role in growing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, supporting business development activity and leading the delivery of work.
- You'll also help shape studio culture while working alongside talented multidisciplinary teams delivering meaningful design experiences.

About You
You'll bring experience managing client relationships within a creative, design or branding environment, with the confidence to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Commercially minded with strong financial awareness
- Exceptionally organised and detail focused
- A confident communicator who builds trusted relationships
- Collaborative, proactive and solutions focused
- Comfortable writing proposals, managing project scope and supporting new business activity
- Passionate about great design and creating outstanding client experiences.
