IMA is a creative agency built to create connections people buy into—emotionally and literally. From advertising and media to packaging and retail activations, we deliver work that earns attention and gives people a reason to choose your brand in moments that matter.
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Senior Account Manager to join our client services team. You’ll be an experienced agency professional who can build trusted client relationships, lead integrated projects and bring energy, structure and strategic thinking to a fast-paced creative environment. Clients you work with will include, but are not limited to, those from gambling and gaming industries.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns and projects across advertising, retail, shopper marketing, packaging, digital and social channels. Working closely with clients, Account Directors, Strategists, Creative teams, Producers, media partners and suppliers, you’ll turn briefs into effective, high-quality work that meets client objectives, is delivered on time and achieves results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior client contacts and develop a strong understanding of their business, brand, audiences and objectives.
- Project Ownership: Lead projects from briefing and planning through creative development, production, approval and delivery, ensuring activity is well managed at every stage.
- Integrated Campaign Delivery: Coordinate work across advertising, retail, shopper marketing, packaging, digital and social channels to deliver a consistent brand experience.
- Strategic and Creative Input: Shape clear briefs and contribute to strategic thinking, creative development and recommendations that address client and business challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, production, media and external partners, creating clarity around priorities, responsibilities, feedback and next steps.
- Commercial and Quality Management: Manage scopes, budgets, estimates, purchase orders and resources, while ensuring deliverables meet the brief, brand requirements and quality standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
