Role Description
The Senior Account Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer and lender relationships in the car finance sector. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Overseeing the customer finance application process
- Advising customers on suitable finance options
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations

The role involves:
- Coordinating with multiple financial institutions
- Negotiating terms where appropriate
- Monitoring performance metrics to optimize conversions and customer satisfaction
Additional responsibilities include:
- Mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to process improvements
- Supporting strategic initiatives that enhance service quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, with experience handling complex customer portfolios or high-value accounts.
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and customer advisory within financial services, automotive finance, or a related industry.
- Solid understanding of consumer credit, lending practices, and regulatory compliance in the UK finance market.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines remotely.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, including accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation management.
- Prior experience in car finance, brokerage, or banking is highly beneficial; previous senior or team lead experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant professional qualifications or a degree in business, finance, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
