Job Title

We work with over 90% of the UK's top Facilities Management organisations and core security providers, and hold direct contracts with major retailers, corporate and public sector bodies. Our ambition is to grow further across all of them. And our Senior Account Managers hold the relationships that matter most within that client base.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you'll take ownership of our higher-value and more complex accounts. Going beyond day-to-day service to lead commercial renewals, resolve escalated issues, and coach Account Managers on best practice. You give the Director the confidence that our biggest accounts are in safe hands, while building the experience to step into Account Direction yourself.

What You Get

  • Salary range of £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
  • Fulltime, permanent, and flexible working basis (ability to work from home but must have the flexibility to travel into our London Farringdon HQ twice a month for TKC Collaboration days or as/when required)
  • Auto-enrolment into our salary sacrifice pension scheme, 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Program, and a voluntary health cash scheme starting at £1 per week.
  • Regular TKC social events and team days
  • Opportunity to make a real difference and work alongside people who share a passion for what they do!

Key Accountabilities

Outcomes

  • Owns end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of higher-value or more complex accounts, delivering client satisfaction and budgeted revenues.
  • Leads commercial renewals and price negotiations for their accounts, working with the Strategic Account Director on pricing strategy for the largest deals.
  • Feeds account-level performance, risk and forecast insight into the Director of Client Services wider planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
