About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, curious and self-motivated Senior Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. This is a brilliant chance to step up, take ownership and make your mark in a dynamic, purpose-led agency. We want someone bright, proactive and brimming with ideas – someone who can keep the plates spinning while spotting new opportunities to make a real impact.

You’ll be joining a passionate, supportive team who care as much about each other as we do about the work. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding projects and growing strong client relationships. You won’t just keep things ticking – you’ll bring energy, fresh thinking and a collaborative spirit that makes everything better.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner clients turn to – a safe pair of hands with the spark to push things further. Specifically you’ll:

  • Lead and run day-to-day client projects, from first chat to final delivery.
  • Nurture relationships and build long-term partnerships that grow.
  • Confidently steer multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, social and TV.
  • Grow accounts strategically, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships with support from the Client Services Director.
  • Hit agreed sales targets by proactively driving new opportunities and increasing monthly billing through cross-sell and upselling.
  • Keep everything on track – on time, on budget, on brief.
  • Present and pitch with confidence, showcasing our creativity and strategy.
  • Support and develop junior members of the team, giving guidance and advice when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
