Senior Account Manager – Exhibitions & Experiential
An established and growing exhibition design and build business is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its commercial team in London.
Working with brands across the UK, Europe, and internationally, the business takes exhibition stands and brand activations from initial concept through design, build, logistics, and on-site delivery. With a strong inbound marketing engine, an established client base, and ambitious plans for continued growth, this is a commercially focused role combining new business with long-term account development.
You’ll take ownership of warm inbound opportunities alongside developing relationships across an existing and lapsed client portfolio. You’ll work closely with the internal design and project management teams to turn briefs into creative, commercially viable proposals and ultimately signed projects.
Day to Day
- Manage warm inbound enquiries from initial conversation through to signed deal
- Develop and grow relationships with existing and lapsed clients
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and increased account value
- Build, present, and pitch compelling exhibition and activation proposals
- Understand client briefs, challenge assumptions, and help shape the right solution
- Brief designers and collaborate closely with the studio on creative concepts
- Understand project costings and maintain commercial awareness throughout the sales process
- Negotiate confidently and deliver a high-quality client experience
- Network within the exhibition industry and attend relevant events where required
- Work alongside the wider commercial, design, and project management teams to support continued growth

You’ll Already Have
- Proven exhibition account management and sales experience
- A strong understanding of exhibition briefs, stand design, and the design/build process
- Confidence pitching, presenting, influencing, and negotiating with clients
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to convert opportunities into repeat business
- An eye for design and the ability to discuss both 2D briefs and 3D concepts
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with project costings
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to travel to exhibitions and industry events when required
