Senior Account Manager – Telephone Fundraising | £38,000–£45,000 | Fully Remote, UK
Ready to take a more senior role in telephone fundraising?
Stratcom UK is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with strong telephone fundraising expertise to lead some of our key charity client relationships. You’ll combine strategic client management with hands-on fundraising knowledge – shaping campaign strategy and donor journeys, overseeing performance, analysing results and influencing clients on how to achieve stronger outcomes. You’ll also help grow client accounts, support new business pitches and proposals, and play a leadership role within our Client Servicing team through line management, mentoring and development of junior colleagues.
