We’re working with an ambitious integrated communications agency specialising in the built environment, who are looking for an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join their growing team.

This is a varied communications role where you’ll create campaigns that help clients navigate planning and development projects. You’ll work with communities, stakeholders and political audiences, helping to communicate plans clearly and support positive outcomes.

It’s an opportunity to build on your existing communications or client services experience while working on projects with a clear social and community impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Manage client projects and develop content across print and digital channels
  • Undertake community and political research, turning information into useful insight for clients and campaigns
  • Support consultation and engagement events
  • Produce client reports
  • Help manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Contribute to new business activity and help develop ideas for future campaigns

As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and client relationships, with scope to develop your responsibilities as the agency continues to grow.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience in PR, communications, public affairs, client services or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing projects, deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Ability to research information, identify relevant insight and make clear recommendations
  • Experience working with clients, stakeholders or external audiences
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • An interest in politics, planning, the built environment or community issues
  • For the Senior Account Manager level, experience managing client relationships and owning workstreams

We’re also open to candidates with transferable experience from political research, property or other stakeholder-focused roles.

  • The salary is £33,000 - £48,000 depending on experience, alongside remote working arrangements, with access to offices in the south of England

  • You’ll receive 28 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, additional birthday and service days, a 4% employer pension contribution, monthly travel and subsistence allowance and support for your home working set-up
